True Team Culture
We pride ourselves on having a strong team culture. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and fun to be around. There are frequent hallway chats, joint lunches, and office jokes. There are social events throughout the year. Our admin team is amazing and always go above and beyond to help the clinical team.
Work Environment
Our offices are bright, colourful, and comfortable for clinicians and clients. There are indoor plants galore, and not one but two aquariums. There are plenty of toys and resources available for use in sessions, and more are added all the time. Our admin team are lovely and go above and beyond to help all of our clinicians.
Supervision
All of the team is available for supervision and consultation; you will never be ‘stuck’ wondering about something for long. Aside from the ample opportunities for informal conversations with colleagues, we have weekly group supervision sessions together and formal 1:1 supervision at a frequency commensurate with your experience.
Graduates Welcome
We love hosting Provisional Psychologists for their internship year and new Clinical or Health graduates who are looking for endorsement. We offer a competitive pay rate and an appropriate case load.
Professional Development Opportunities
We are always on the lookout for training opportunities and will support your attendance at PD events each year. This may be a great conference or a useful online event. We know how inspiring quality training events can be.
